Buy a bunch of the scooters. Pile em up everywhere in the city blocking roads, sidewalks, and atleast 2 in the river. Then they would be just like real life!

The color scheme of teal and lime clearly ties it with the electric car charging station seen in the new Freight Train set, so even if it's not City in name (it does seem to be tied to City based on the product page), the continuity is there. Very neat! The scooters themselves don't seem very well-adapted to minifigs, though. Also, dark purple medium legs!

Great minifigure accessory pack. First time seeing the scooter piece. A nice inclusion that the set gives you two, and all the figure prints look great.

The body looks very similar to a Speed Champions minifigure, but these torso and legs are completely new.
