So glad that you tried Cryo! I have chronic back pain and tried cryotherapy for the first time in March. I purchased two one-month unlimited packages, and I thought it helped me so much. Unfortunately, the treatment is kind of pricey, but I would definitely recommend cryotherapy to anyone with chronic pain or is just curious about it. The one I went to was a cryosauna that was similar to what Saf and Michelle went to rather than the chamber that you tried. Not sure about the facility you went to, but some places have a spot treatment machine that will focus really cold air just on one area of the body. I got a lot of relief from the spot treatment as well. Can't wait to see what you try next. Great video!

Can you maybe explain the pupose of whatever you are doing in the next recovery video? So what ist is, what it is supposed to do and stuff like this because I personally dont know all of these fancy things

Since you have quite a lot viewers from Europe, it would be nice if you also wrote temperature(and temperature drops) in Celsius.

+Jordan Shalhoub you guys are really inspiring and fun to watch! You are truly making me more interested in Crossfit/lifting. My fiancee does all that stuff, but I find it intimidating... you're changing my mind, thank you! Side note, your bathing suit top is super cute and flattering! Where'd you get it?

I'm not sure if you've ever tried it but FST (fascial stretch therapy) has been the best recovery method for me! It's not super well known but a ton of professional athletes use it to help not only recover but prevent injuries. I have been a competitive athlete all my life and had a back injury that had me on bed rest for some time and FST has gotten me to live a normal life again. 10/10 would recommend!!

do you have any tips on recovering from shin splints?? I do a lot of dance and stuff that's quite high impact on my legs and it makes using the squat rack reeeeally hard because my shins are always killing me :(

Cupping! My PT used cups on me for some gnarly calf / achilles pain I've been dealing with and it helped get me mobile enough to do an air squat.
I would really recommend dry needling, but it's illegal in the state of Cali to do so, ...maybe acupuncture with stim could help.
