The Ferrari F40 is the direct descendant of the 288GTO sharing the similar twin turbo charged V8. The F50 is a whole new beast using a V12 used for F1 racing. They are separated by a generation of design. I love them both I love the visual impact of the straight lines of the F40 yet love the curves of the F50.

No, the F40 is the top Ferrari Grail Car... but F50's, once the redheaded stepchild of the bunch, is comin' up REAL fast! A lot of people just didn't get this car when it first came out, but it translates just fine now! I guess that means it was ahead of its time.

I am so happy, that it seems in the last couple of years, the F50 is finally coming out of the shadow of the F40. It’s about time the world recognizes the F50 is the better car.
