Prof. Kipruto Arap Kirwa has mentioned yet another important Principle of Management that is very essential when making institutional (or even industrial) reforms: "Change with Continuity." This is what Karl Popper referred to as "Piecemeal Social Engineering:" Very Cardinal. For example, the current shift from Combustion Engine to Battery Driven Electric Vehicles. Those Companies like Toyota who embraced gradual change by e.g., initially producing Hybrid Engines from Combustion Engines are eventually winning the game compared to a company like Tesla by putting more research into more efficient, fast charging and longer kilometre range batteries than the chest-thumber Tesla. In Kenya the shift from National Health Insurance Fund to SHA should have been gradual in order to avoid more casualties.

The Genz's revolutionary ideas is good for the Country. However, leadership and the desire to redeem our Country from bad governance and spur economic development, requires a combination of the a) Vitality and vibrancy energy of the youth and
b) the experience, wisdom and foresight of the middle class and elderly citizens.
Provided that, each group is able to embrace transformative and visionary leadership for the benefit of Kenyan people. And a bled or amalgam both styles of leadership devoid of lithergy, corruption and backward outdated practices that, retard society and the Country.
Thus; We all need and aspire for progressive, sustainable and focused management of the public property for common good for all.
