dough looks kinda tough, not crispy but actually "crunchy" like a candy

In terms of looks, this oven produces a nice looking pizza in comparison to a lot of the rest of the offerings on the market. Still love how my pizzas turn out at 550 under the broiler and on my Lodge pizza pan.
