Time she stopped blaming, accept responsibility. She is not a victim. She has her favourites namely TWitch, Andy (who she constantly humiliates) and Jeannie. The ones she fired are scapegoats. TWitch is an average DJ but she has put him on a pedestal and thinks he is more talented than he actually is. She is like a primary school teacher with her pets. Without the ones she sacked she wouldn't have a show. I used to quite like Ellen but saw her think it funny to humiliate ppl and share secrets she had no right to. Thinking about Mariah and her pregnancy as one example here. Mariah went on to miscarry which us why she didn't want to share until the 2nd trimester for this very reason.
