I am from UK which is usually 240c A/C unlike America which is 110v. When I visited PH a few years ago all my appliances from UK worked fine as I think you are 220v A/C which is compatible.

Troubleshooting con he made, everybody in the UK knows to check if it's switch on first! Always start with the least amount of work solution lol

English plugs and sockets are a lot safer I'm 68 and have never stood on a plug as you don't need to unplug them you just switch the socket off
