I was recently terminated at DA.tech. I give a fair and honest NDA-friendly review.

I understand the frustration with how opaque the work can seem, especially the lack of communication for what may even seem like easily fixable problems, but I think part of the philosophy behind it is that they want to cultivate a pool of workers who can actively anticipate what they want, proactively addressing what would be mistakes upfront, while relying on the least amount of custodial overhead possible to partially manage them.

At least, that's the only way I can make sense of it. I wouldn't truly know, as there's hardly any communication from them as already mentioned lol.

Yeah this is accurate. They do fire people without warning. I’m working for them now and fully expect to get fired at some point.
