Squat 445 lbs x 5 reps & 270 lb Plank

Solid effort tonight, PR 445x5. Was up since 4 am and worked at my day job (internship) and mowed 6 yards after, so very happy to get this. Better depth and slightly easier than my previous 440x5. Finished off with a set of pause squats, box squats, and leg press. Would like to be around 455-465x5 by November. Pause squats are coming around and seem to be helping my normal squats.

Squat: 135x5, 185x5, 225x5, 275x5, 315x3, 365x3, 405x2, 445x5
Pause Squat- 405x3
Box Squat- 405x5, 425x5, 445x5
Leg Press- 800x8, 980x8
Good mornings- 135x5, 185x5, 205x5, 225x6
Weighted Planks 30 seconds- 90, 180, 270
Leg Curl- 130x10, 150x10
