Thanks for posting this! We have exactly the same Navien gas water heater, and decided to replace it with the electric one. While searching for any ideas we found your video, and it was interesting and helpful to digest. I am not sure the 13kw heater would be sufficient for us, but I really like its size and color of it :-) Ironically here in NE PA its hard to locate a tankless water heater expert, but I don't mind trying it myself if I have to. Thanks again.

Thanks for the post, just bought a home that has a gas tankless heater and I'm thinking of switching, the gas tank company wants us to lease the tank for $10 a month, plus it's $3.8 per gallon of gas, the capacity of the tank outside my house is 120 gallons.

I have an 18kW electric tankless. I only use it for dishes and showers when electricity Demand is low.
