Italian offensive were mostly successful, albeit costly, until 1917.
But of course Waffles don't know that

Cool video, but I have some objections. First, it's assuming that Italy would keep a liberal government, even after the financial disaster of 1929. The political instability would probably mean that conservatives would try to ally with more radical elements in the right in order to stop the left. So even if fascism probably wouldn't dominate Italy, it would be present. And in that case, I can easily imagine Italy pursuing a relatively expansionist policy, pressuring Albania and meddling in Yugoslavian affairs to keep it weak.

Secondly, it's underestimating the impact that the rise of Mussolini had in Germany and in Europe. Without him, it's probable that other forms of radicalism would prevail in Germany (be it communism or hardline monarchism), as they simply have no succesful fascist model to follow.

Lastly, I think that we can't simply assume that historical events such as appeasement or the breakthrough in the Ardennes happen in the exact same way. After all, France and Britain have yet another great power in their side. Why should they allow Czechoslovakia to be carved up? Would Italy attempt to mediate between both sides? Would Germany even dare to attack France, having a southern front against Italy?

All in all, great work, but I think more could be said about the scenario
