I’m making this right now! (Cranberries are in the fridge absorbing the orange juice and Prosecco/ginger ale. (I made one batch with Prosecco and one batch non-alcoholic for the kids). Cannot wait to eat these!!!

Can you do this with non alcoholic prosecco? Or will the alcohol cook off when drying out? I'm sober and want to make these but obviously can't have alcohol in the recipe lol

Okay these must be blowing up right never cuz I've never heard of them but this is the 4th short video I've seen of people making them in just the last 24 hours alone. And 3 of 4 specifically mention their russian Grandma making them for them when they were kids lol. I suppose I can see the appeal...that crunch does look quite satisfying. I guess the YouTube shorts algorithm REALLY wants me to try making these for some reason. 🤷😂

I'm struggling with the powdered sugar. Maybe they are too wet when I shake them up or something. had to rinse and put back in the juice until I can figure it out. They taste good though before baking after 24hrs of soaking.

Mine didn't come out crunchy. So I am baking them longer. Well see how it goes.
