Regarding the Filler on the WC, always good to put a local isolator on. Always goes down well with the client. Plumb Chum.

When you change a old ball valve with new I also recommend installing a new isolation valve .

If you put in a new design fill valve, i would have put in a new design flush valve in instead of the old style syphon, like a Fluidmaster or Flomasta

Really like the look of the TradeHelp ap. Is it easy to generate on the spot printed invoices for customers using it? Obviously you’d need to have a printer with you.
