What a symphony these engines are. What I'd give to hear a v10 in real life. I've gotten a few friends hooked on racing just from showing them the sounds of a screaming v10 f1 engine. I wish they never changed the engine formula.

For me the thing that really give me chills is the way the V10s exhaust note echos off things. Like you’re seeing one car rip down the straight up shifting, but you’re hearing previous upshifts reverberate seconds later off every building and object down the track. So it’s one car making all the noise, but it quite literally sounds like an army of screaming V10s charging at you from every direction. It’s like the sky is being torn asunder, and it’s magical.

when I was younger I'd dream to be able to hear the screams of these beasts some day.... I'm 16 now and am just so sad that I won't get the chance to hear 20ish v10 f1 engines racing around the track at crazy rpms like they used to. I miss you old f1.

Everytime I hear the Sound of the V10s, especially the Ferrari, I got in tears, but its tears of happiness. This is the sound of my childhood, the very first memories in my life are these phenomenal cars, screaming around the racetrack. It's so goddamn beautiful.

This is why I fell in love with F1. Walking to Albert park in 2000, you could here these things miles away. The sound got sweeter as you got closer to the track. Miss this era.
