In the Delhi liquor policy case, Arvind Kejriwal's lawyer told the Supreme Court on Thursday that bail is the rule and jail is the exception. He said that the same court had said this while granting bail to Manish Sisodia. Kejriwal has filed a petition against CBI's arrest and for bail, which is being heard by the Supreme Court.His lawyer Abhishek Manu Singhvi said that Kejriwal is not a threat to society. He has been released twice. He should be granted interim bail.
