I have a very very difficult time getting to sleep & staying asleep. Usually averaging 2 to 3 hrs a night. I tried many relaxing types of music....nature sounds, zen, harp, piano, celtic, native American flute....you name it. I finally got the right one! Thank You! I keep my phone plugged in all night and just let it play. Awesome. I finally get about 5 to 6hrs sleep a night. Twice what I'm use to getting. If I would go to bed earlier I might get more. Goodnight. Sleep in peace. I
