Good explanation! For padding and margin issues, Elementor actually adds 20px space between widgets by default. So if you want to have a blank canvas for Elementor, no padding and margin between sections, columns and widgets. Go to hamburger button > site settings > layout and set the widget space to zero/0.

BY FAR the BEST tutorial on Sections, Columns and Margin in Elementor I have seen! Man, I wish I discovered this earlier. You explain it in a great way: schematic, following a logic, simple, and with examples! Finally someone who explains the structure of a page in Elementor, so that we can all play with it.
