At 91% of opening votes, Kelly was leading by 2%.
Then all of sudden, the algorithm perked up for Democrats and fetched 2/3 for remaining 9%.

The trend was marginalized at around 50/50 through out the counting little more or less unti t suddenly skewed to 70/30 with last remaining 9%.

But nothing unfamiliar as we have seen this trend in all swing states

It took about 35 min from 86% to reach 91% vote in . in the black out it took 15 min to jump 5 percent of vote in. Within that period time Warnock jumped 120k and is winning.
