OMG! That's it!! The Muffin Pan! Pot Luck portions!! Think about it- Toast Hash Brown "Nest" and you can place a Tbl sp of Mash Pots, a slice of that Chic Cord Bleu and some Asparagus pieces...You can make mini meals to feed a bunch of people out of a regular meal!! I knew that Muffin Pan had so much more potential!

I like the easy cordon bleu recipe, but for a potluck the serving size is too large. Should slice the rolled chicken into at least four parts before baking.
