Former Corrie star, Helen is here to tell us about taking part in the new series of Celebs Go Dating following a difficult split from ex-partner and father of her three children, Scott. Helen also reveals what made her realise she was ready to get back on the dating scene and why you should always go on a date with an open mind. She also shares the important lessons she learnt from being a child actress on the cobbles, plus, how she’s managing life as a mum-of-three under 10!

I remember being the same age as her and being so jealous when she was having her first baby. Now I am in absolute admiration of her strength to have become a mother so young. This whole time I’ve still been figuring out who I am and learning how to navigate the world and she had to do that while guiding others. She’s an absolute hero and deserves so much praise.

It's lovely to see how much she has matured. My little sister was in the same year as her at Westholme and to be honest was quite a nasty bully. Even at one point telling my sister she should unalive herself. Just goes to show how people can mature as they get older. It is lovely and refreshing. 💜
