Mischief Makers Boss Rush in Japanese Special

There has always been a lack of videos on the japanese version of Mischief Makers. I decided that it's worth credit for the differences between the two versions that most people wouldn't know about.

The game is played on an emulator with graphics, processing and resources better than the N64. That's why, most notably on the first fight, there is a lot less lag/delay than normally, but this only adds to the challenge. Plus it's more enjoyable to watch then isn't it?

If enough people request it, I can upload individual videos of each boss and possibly annotate what they say, since I do have a rough understanding of what they say.

ENG Marina's JP Marina's SOKO MADE
The little vocal additions during the Jr fight are a nice touch in the JP version, though.

Probably one of the most underrated video games ever made the boss fights alone are badass I remember as a kid I would replay Cerberus Alpha constantly

I like how the laser blast from the first Lunar fight previews the laser blast from the second one, by showing you the charge dissipates quickly, and you need to chuck it right away to get damage out of it.

This game, its art style, the goofy plot and dialogue felt like you were playing a Saturday morning anime and I love it for that.

To get the gold gem, killing the 2nd fight with bird boss without getting hit once was a nightmare for me. And the last boss, I had no idea I could do damage to him in all those different ways you did. I kept waiting until he launched his fist at me.

Stinger: "Road Striker! (Rōdosutoraikā) Transform!"
Goliath: "Grand Buster! (Gurandobasutā) Transform!"
Baron: "Sky Saber! (Sukaiseibā)Transform!"
Stinger, Goliath, Baron: TRANSFORM!

This is a hard game (at least if you want all gold gems) with parying and rolling.
It's basically dark souls.
Love the first boss btw. It always felt awesome beating him!

Awesome video! Gosh, Marina sounds too cute, haha. Are the translations very close to the English version, or are they quite different? I'd like to see the annotated versions :)

The ENG is great, but I think JP fits better.
