The IBM Research Zurich lab: where NIST-selected post-quantum cryptography algorithms were developed
Показать описание
IBM cryptography researchers take us on a journey of the invention of the algorithms submitted to and selected by NIST to be the world's first post-quantum cryptography (PQC) standards. Featuring cryptographers and leadership of the IBM Research Zurich lab, the story begins with the very early days of quantum-safe cryptography, including NIST's 2016 announcement of the competition to select quantum-safe algorithms. It also gives the context about future quantum risk and explains why it is so important for the world to start migrating to quantum-safe cryptography now, despite cryptographically relevant quantum computers still being years away.
