Should we react to the MISSION: IMPOSSIBLE franchise?

Just the way this trailer is put together, how the "normal" trailer music slowly builds up and transforms into the Mission Impossible theme while the action on the screen just gets bigger, bolder and better... That's a statement of confidence.

Seriously, all the franchises out there deserve to find their own Christopher McQuarrie. The things he's done with MI as a whole... it's not "just" directing another [in his case, series] of movies. It's elevating the franchise to a whole new level. If they're done with it after Part 2, Amazon needs to pay triple the price for him to direct the new James Bond. He'd be perfect for it.

This trailer was pure confidence. Very little plot details, it just showed us some flavour and ended on a high note. Classic.

MI has to be one of the best movie franchises honestly. Each movie, one after another, had been greater than the last...all have been consistently good since MI3. Can't wait to see this 🙌🏻

Tom Cruise never disappoints the audience. The man is a true daredevil, a perfectionist, and genius when it comes to his movie stunts and production. He risks his life for the audience. The Mission Impossible movie series is probably one of the greatest series in action movie history. He is a legend. Never forget that.
