Karnataka is all set to become the 9th state to follow the anti-conversion laws. The bill has fines for the mass conversion of minors of SC/ST and imprisonment of 10 years will be imposed once the bill gets approved by the president of India. This comes as the right to follow any religion and no one is allowed to force anyone to change their religion.

Article 28: an Indian can follow and propagate any religious belief .
