The former Rangers FC are in the process of a long and largely boring liquidation, the phoenix club known legally as "The Rangers FC", formerly "Sevco Scotland".

Club and company are the exact same thing in the eyes of UEFA, FIFA, the SPL and SFA. Only the lower league body, the SFL, have deemed there is some kind of strange unexplainable continuity between old and new Rangers.

We are still rangers fc but the parent company rangers football club plc got liquidated and had to hand over the club and club assets to sevco scotland and thats how rangers are still rangers even look up rangers football club plc on google it will come up a website that has a file on the business

The club didn't get liquidated, it was the company lol, We're still Rangers, not The Rangers.
