I saw her in Manhattan in '96 at the height of her fame. I walked behind her for a couple blocks on the way to my hotel. It was funny to see the reactions of people as they passed her. I've seen a lot of famous people and they are rarely as attractive in person as they are on TV. Courtney was twice as hot in person as she was on TV. I wanted to follow her further but I didn't want to think I was stalking her.

For me..she was absolutely beautiful when she was younger, before friends I remember her from films like cocoon 2, He man, Ace ventura etc ..Bruce Springsteen dancing in the dark etc and obviously friends, and then scream..absolutely stunning ..I appreciate that was years ago but why do these celebs have surgery? ..shame!

Courteney is still beautiful and you can tell that the fillers have all dissolved so she looks like herself. It's funny how people are saying that she should grow old gracefully but then when people do decide to do that and they show their wrinkles, or gain weight or go gray, then people also say they should get some work done or change their appearance.. In other words, you can't please everyone.
