There's certainly many more buildings than when I visited from Australia about five years ago, pre-COVID.

Thank you for touring the area. The apartments are too close together and many may have obstructed views once further buildings rise, but the rest of the development of this former airport site is great. Festive Walk didn't have outdoor dining IIRC when I was there, not that I'd use it in the heat of the day.

May I suggest that any videos are delivered in English, as a bonus is this will increase the number of views.

Buildings that ranged between 10 and 20 floors continued to be labeled as skyscrapers for years to come. In Iloilo, there are many building structures that have more than 10 floors. Terranza Residential Condominium will be the tallest building with 33 floors once it is completed in the last quarter of 2025.Thus far, in terms of height in meters, S.M. Strata with 18 stories (84 meters) is the tallest, while Palladium 22 (80 meters) is the second tallest.

I just went home last year. It seems more than a dozen beautiful buildings have sprout out in a matter of a year. Italy look no! Just went to Italy and Italy prides itself to very old historical buildings. Italy is very chaotic, streets are so small. Megaworld is a modern place. It's unique to itself.
