What if your 29 yrs old and don't know what your passionate about?

Honestly, I couldn't make a decently profitable career out of my passion, and if I did I'd be the exception not the norm. I'm choosing my career based on 60-70/30-40 passion/money. Basically, I'm content if my passion for my job is about a 6-7/10 . However, to offset that 6-7/10 I need a starting salary of at least $63k, weekends free, and to start no earlier than 8 am and be finished by 6 pm (I'd obviously be willing to stay late on those rare occasions where it's needed).
