As someone who is getting on the fit train…I say to people who want to get fit, life is hard and conveniences feel good for a short period of time. But being fit makes the body and mind feel better in this short life we are given. You deserve to put yourself first. Whatever trauma or mindset you are going through is not easy either. I hope you are motivated and not taken down by this guy who is trying to make you feel small. Because you are mighty and you can do it. Stay strong. One day at a time.
