I’m 89, and me and a few kindergarten kids, are the only ones who have never used a smart phone. I think a much better word(s) would be: “Overly Complicated Phone”. All I want to be able to use is the phone, receive text messages (only needed to activate the phone), use the Uber app (this is the only reason I need to change from my flip phone to a smart phone). Possibly use the QR reader and the still camera. So I have a lot of heavy modifications to make. Ie.: get rid of everything Google, Games, Youtube and so on. But you really gave an easy to understand video on getting started. I watched a few others and they never even told you how to turn the dang thing on. One started right in on Screen Lock without showing how to get there (or even what Screen Lock is). Thanks so much for your outstanding get started video. Now I’ll search for how to get rid of all those (to me) unneeded apps.

This was very helpful .... BUT I am still struggling with how to close an app.. There are times when I do not want to "close all" - is there any way to close one app? I tried swiping up as you mentioned, but it didn't work for me?..

My A32 5G has this floating button that I can't figure out how to get rid of. It holds several options like pinch zoom/jome/back/volume/etc. I can't stand it and it's always in the way at some point. Pisses my off. I can't stand seeing new features that grow increasingly frustrating that don't have an icon description. Any ide wtf it is?

Thank you for this video !! I power on the phone, when it makes that awful whistle sound. I think it's some kind of notification. I have looked everywhere to try and change that sound to another one, i hate it, but I cannot find the way. I have searched and searched.... can you tell me how ??
