Out of Dust interview #2: multi award-winning saxophonist & composer Remy Le Boeuf

Here's the second from my "Out of Dust" interview series, which was captured on Tuesday, March 24, 2020. I first heard saxophonist and composer Remy Le Boeuf when he was just 15 as part of a peformance with his twin brother, pianist Pascal Le Boeuf, at the 2001 IAJE Conference in New York. Since then, Remy has collaborated with a range of trailblazing acts, from Jazz at Lincoln Center Orchestra with Wynton Marsalis to KNOWER. He also co-leads the Grammy-nominated ensemble, Le Boeuf Brothers. In this "Out of Dust" interview, Remy talks about his latest release Assembly of Shadows, the solo saxophone etudes book he's currently working on, and how he and his girlfriend are coping through this unique time as residents of NYC.
