Clearing the memory on TI 83 and TI 84 Calculators

It might be required to clear the memory on a calculator before writing a test. This video shows the key combination needed to clear the memory on a TI-83, TI-83 plus, and TI-84 calculator. This will also work on an TI Nspire using the Ti 84 faceplate.

My TI-83 Plus has been stuck on Exec Edit New. I have taken the batteries out, I have pressed on every key to make sure that none was stuck, turned it on and off, and basically everything I could have thought about and it still didn't work. It still says "Exec Edit New. Can you please help?

Does it delete the preloaded apps on your calculator too?

Memory menu will not display on TI-83. Anyone have a way to clear this situation?

I tried to clear an old graph. It failed. Now it will only graph the first problem I entered. I have been trying to clear it for nearly an hour and nobody can explain how.I hate the TI-84. What a piece of Shit! I realize this is for a TI-83 but I could not find another video. Do not buy this if you can avoid it. Has never worked for me. I eventually had to erase ALL MEMORY! Why save data if the only way to get rid of data is to delete all data. Professors should try a different brand. This calculator sucks!
