Here's a little theory:

Perhaps all the figures created by Alan have a special power (as we have seen The Chosen One, The Dark Lord and The Second Coming have even very similar powers) because they represent what Alan's Feelings, what he wanted at the moment he created them. When he created The Chosen One Alan wanted a strong figure with powers, because ... Why not? It was his first figurine and Alan was still experimenting. Plus he didn't call it The Chosen One just because. Then he created the Dark Lord. While creating The Dark Lord, all Alan wanted was a figure capable of fighting and defeating the chosen one. And that's just what came out: A figurine whose only mission is to fight, destroy and nothing else. That would explain the lack of empathy in The Dark Lord. Then finally he created The Second Coming. When he created it, Alan didn't want to repeat his past mistakes but still something inside of him wanted to hook into his first powerful creation. That is why he called it The Second Coming or "the return of the chosen one". He wanted to create a cool figurine with powers again, but at the same time he was afraid that things could end like last time. And perhaps that is why the second coming can't use his powers so easily, since it came out exactly what Alan wanted: A super powerful figure, worthy of being the second Chosen One, but because its not supposed to be dangerous to Alan again, his powers are very difficult to activate. That would also explain the friendly nature of The Second Coming, since Alan wanted so little future conflict with it, while creating it.

TSC's power is the embodiment of a single line of text by him back in AVA IV. "You destroyed my friends. Now i destroy you." He only powers up when all of his friends are dead/Hurt.

So here’s the AvA timeline.

Revenge of the Chosen One:
Alan creates 2 stick figures, Dark Lord and the Chosen One.
He was unhappy with his creation and in attempts to delete them it backfired, the Chosen One fought with Alan But Alan had lost in the end. The Chosen One breaks Alan’s computer forcing him to buy another one.

Havoc Among Us:
Both Dark Lord and the Chosen One make it to the web. (internet, so to say) And bring havoc among them. Killing innocent lives, and destroying great flash games, The Chosen One has said they’re going too far. But Dark Lord ignored him.

Order: Virus69:
Dark lord creates a virus so powerful no one besides a few gifted could stop. The Chosen One has decided he doesn’t want to do this anymore and tried to stop Dark Lord. But it was too late. He’d sent out the viruses and there was no way of stopping it. The Chosen One follows one of the bugs into Alan’s computer. (The first test was on his computer.)

Back to The Past:
The Chosen One returns to Alan’s desktop and fights with the virus. On the way he meets; Red, Yellow, Blue, Green and Orange. The Chosen One defeats the virus and turns back to orange. The Chosen One senses great power in Orange and tells all of them to follow after him.

Rise of The Second Coming:
The Chosen One and the others reach their destination. The Chosen One runs over to the building Dark Lord is hiding in and without hesitation blasts him. They both fight ferociously, but the Chosen One is no match against Dark Lord. Yellow hacks into Dark Lords laptop and requests backup. Soon after a giant mouse appears in the centre of the battle field, behind the mouse was Alan. Both Alan and The Chosen One are defeated, and the others try to protect The Chosen One. They stood no match and sadly Yellow, Red, Green and Blue were disintegrated. In anger Orange turns godlike and defeats Dark Lord. Orange is the Second Coming. Orange revives his downed comrades and they live happily ever after.

(This is just the Chosen One’s lore. Please don’t reply saying I messed it up, and I know I did. But at-least I tried lol. This took me a while, so thanks for dedicating yourself to reading this!)

(Edit: It’s been 2 hours and already this comments blown up! Also the name’s of the ‘chapters’ are mostly Star Wars references. But I think you knew that already.)

A couple of things I realized. 1. He can't be deleted, in the very beginning Alan tried and still couldn't, especially when TSC saw his friends get "deleted" again as well. 2. Just like in the real world, animators have the power to make their own world and rules. The same thing applies for this entire storyline, whoever the animator is has the ultimate power, and when Alan created "The Second Coming" he created a hero that could beat other animators.
