I have to build a new web app to be used by IT staff and administrators. Volume of users and requests per day will be extremely low.

Hi Tuff candy, excellent video. I wanted to mention I am from New York City, and I check indeed every day for my area. I've noticed on indeed including twitter. Everyone who is interested in becoming a Web Developer, mostly everyone is focused on the MERN stack. Why is that? To be honest, I dropped the MERN stack because if everyone is learning the same technologies that to me is an indication that maybe it isn't a good idea to make this your tech stack. So, I am on the fence and by next week I will choose either the LAMP Stack or I may go with Ruby on Rails. Ruby on Rails I noticed there are jobs in New York City, and it is kind of neishe technology, and the lamp stack sounds great. All I know for a fact is everyone is going with the MERN stack, and I know for a fact I don't want to be there.
Tuff Candy can you please help me to make my decision final by answering one question for me. If you are interested in first starting off in freelance work for Php with JavaScript HTML and CSS with some knowledge of MySQL. Plus have an end goal of finding a full-time job these technologies. What directions are available other than WordPress and Shopify? What else can you do which I am unaware of? I am trying to measure my options, thank you Tuff Candy I have learned a lot from you.
