I think fixing the corruption should be done first before the teritorial disputes. By then, the Philippines would have much more funding defending the west phil. sea.
I far more agree in fixing Philippines as a whole by increasing economical development than fighting for a teritorry that we dont have a chance bec. they belittle us.

We still have backing of US even if situation become worse.
