How to build a web app for Drug Discovery in Python | Streamlit #26

In this video, you will learn how to build a web app for drug discovery in Python using the Streamlit library. In essence, the web app is an interactive catalog of FDA-approved drugs that displays the chemical structure of the molecule along with their molecular properties. Particularly, the app will allow us to filter molecules by their molecular properties (Lipinski's descriptors consisting of molecular weight, solubility (LogP), number of hydrogen bond donors and number of hydrogen bond acceptors).

It will help me a lot with my compound dataset! It would be nice if we could download displayed compound (after filtering) as csv or sdf file.. I will try to do that
