"I have wanted a tummy tuck for so long and I would always look in the mirror and my tummy was the one thing I hated about myself. I decided to go for a consultation and that really made up my mind for me because Dr. Donaldson answered all my questions, showed me photographs, anything that I needed to know was answered for me and the staff was just amazing - I felt so comfortable. We get to the part of actually having it done, which I don’t remember much of, and it was waking up with what I had always wanted. The recovery has been so much better than I anticipated it being. I was preparing myself for it to be really rough - but it’s gone really smoothly. Each day I see myself healing, I’m only a month out from my surgery and I’m just happy. My confidence is getting better all the time. I’m still emotional about it, I still have to look in the mirror every time I pass by because I can’t believe it. I’m still in a little bit of disbelief, but I’m so happy I did it - it’s wonderful."
