Jonnie I don't know if you know how big of a impact you have on people. I have deep depression issues and the gym is one place that I feel like I can have control. I was feeling rather blue today and unmotivated, then I saw this video pop up and it helped raise my spirits a bit. I understand that it's a parasocial relationship, I really really do, but I want YOU to know the impact you have on some of us. Keep up the good work and God speed

Took off since Covid and been back at it for a little over a month. I’m currently on day 2 of the push pull legs split. It’s intense. Jonnie Shreve is a sick sob starting off with triple drop sets. I’m freaking 😵. No pain no gain! Let’s gooo!
