In a way, I’m glad copyright prevents things like this from happening. As cool as it would be to hear Purple Haze as Purple Haze beats the shit out of someone, we instead get to hear music made specifically for the characters. That’s something music references can’t always do. Example being Giornos theme and Josukes theme

Honestly I love the actual terror that this song has when paired with the first scene. The low sound of the drums and the more casual sound of the lyrics and background music really just match with the suave and character of Kira activating Bites the Dust. Very good edit
