I took my first dose of relaxium and it was a horrible experience for me. I fell asleep fast but that was the Only positive. Every joint in my knees, elbows, hip began hurting something terrible ( I don't have joint pain normally. My mind was not able to rest and I was awake within 3 hours. I have my daughter a bottle but she didn't try it last night. I am very hesitant to try taking again and it was very expensive very expensive. I'm kinda disappointed in Mr. Huckebee for endorsing such a expensive item for the average Joe.

Ordered but website confusing. Ended up being charged expedite shipping &9.95 extra which was not expedited. Was not sure my order went through since no confirmation. Therefore ordered from Amazon for cheaper price and no shipping. Took for about one week. First night I didn’t sleep at all which is opposite effect. Other nights still could not sleep through the night. Sending back order from Relaxium and they refunding expedited fee. Customer service was helpful. Disappointed it didn’t work

I don’t know what these people are talking about. Y’all must be taking narcotic’s or something.
I took 2 pills of this and was knocked OUT
I woke up the next day still groggy. So now I only take 1.
I don’t take them every night (they are a bit expensive) but they help with anxiety and getting a full nights sleep (something that’s normally difficult for me)

I have a friend taking this for about 5 months; she’s about 70, small, active, eats healthy. She has developed some memory problems and is now being evaluated for Alzheimer’s. I’m curious if this product could be contributing to her memory issues? Thanks

Relaxium is deceptive. They said they'll give you a free trial and without my knowledge added me to their subscription policy. I did not give them permission to add me to their subscription but they did it without my knowledge. Very deceptive. I would not trust these guys.

I've found this product useful. I wasn' sure about it originally as what I was told made it sound like a infomercial. "Made by a doctor" n' stuff of the like. Though upon trying it, and getting positive results as I often have a harder time getting to sleep and staying asleep, I grew curious of what is in it and how it worked as I'm always looking to refine how I do things. I was sad to learn that melatonin, which had worked for me before, was in it. I'm further disappointed to learn how much it has in it from this video. And the inconclusive evidence of the other ingredients, and the shear volume of them, disappoints me further. Fortunately, I've not dealt with the company as I've purchased it of Amazon which was around $0.50/pill. ($35/bottle of 60 pills). Still considerably more expensive than the 3mg of melatonin I've gotten prior, as I hadn't found a lower dose. While this product has worked for me, I did feel I was experiencing extensive sleep. Whereby sleeping for up to 14hrs, which to my understanding is 'not good'. I'm curious to see more research on melatonin, as the research I've seen and heard about has been positive for taking small doses, considerably less than this product has. Though Curtis here seems to think it's entirely unnecessary and counterproductive to the point. As I am not a doctor or other medical personnel, I shall take his word on it. And carry it into my further investigations across many more studies, opinions, articles, videos, etc, as I do my best to inform myself of the widest possible picture. I can only say that my understanding of the human body is that each individual is different and generally needs minorly different levels of the chemicals that make it up and operate it to function the same as any other. So I believe this to be a particularly complex topic to effectively nail down to a precise and definitive yes or no or how much. Simply that it can be effective for some albeit with perhaps some negative side-effects suc has everything has.

The comments were not good I am giving primal sleep a try what do you think of that waiting for it now to be delivered

I take 5 mg of melatonin almost every night. If that alone makes you sleep, why do they add all that other stuff in. And I didn't know it was bad for you I thought it was natural supplement.

No hope and no hype. Falling asleep naturally has no bad side affects. Taking some pill with ingredients that sound foreign is not the answer. Even after all the negative side affects you mentioned people will run out to buy this stuff. There's a natural way to fall asleep. The human body is designed that way. This is not the way to go long term. As far as people stating they have poor sleep and nightmares, stop watching negative crap on the black screen right before you go to bed. Duh!

If you say the melatonin is a little bit too strong I don't know if you're talkin about the gummies if you mean gummies you could take a half of one
