The holes DO rust. Why lie? Tell the truth. You need to regrease the holes each year to ensure that rust is prevented on those spots.

No need to drill the holes for oil spray. They did not ask the customer before drilling the holes in your cars for oil spray (door frame, door panels). Never come here for service.

at least try to act like you aren't reading the whole thing. As a pro, it should come natural to just come off the top of your head and explain. Or rehearse it a few times and then say it naturally without the card. lol
