I went on this section of the Piccadilly line regularly, on 1938 stock. Great to see it in cab view. Thanks!

Thanks Dale. I’m saving this for my 55” flat screen tv and surround sound for the fully immersive experience later this evening. Great videos! Keep it up mate.

I enjoy your videos way more than I thought. The Piccadilly Line was the line of my teenage years, although it was just a means of getting to the London steam sheds. In the view of Cockfosters Depot you can make out the houses in Westpole Avenue, one of which was lived in by a railway enthusiast who had old signs and number plates from GWR locos bolted to his garden wall just feet away from your trains.

These journeys remind me of the late 70s when I worked at STC New Southgate (by ECML). I used Cockfosters and Arnos Grove for my trip back to KX and then Leeds #goodolddays

Thank you, Dale. I don't get up to that end of the line.
As a fellow BA flyer, I look forward to your NYC trip.

You're a legend, Dale. Never fancied going heavy rail and overground?

Always loved the fact that you can see the portals from the platform at Southgate

When I lived in London in the early 1980s, the Bakerloo line still ran the red (with red and green interior) 1930s trains. Have you ever driven one? The Northern line still ran trains with wooden window frames. (And escalators were still wooden 😩😩😩)
