I thought the album title referred to her songs as "pure heroine" as in the addictive drug because her songs will hook you like heroine and you won't want to stop listening and get addicted

I am a big Hip-Hop head. Of course I listen to some other types of music here and there, but I'm really all Hip-Hop. But this girl is amazing. She is so lyrical and that is impressive for her age. I think it's cool that this Revolt channel ran by Diddy would put an artist as good as Lorde on. She really stretched out my views on music in a way were now I may not be so afraid to try out new types of music that is out of that R&B, Hip-Hop, Soul bubble I have been in.

She means Heroine not heroin. And the double meaning basically just implies the album is really good/addictive. Like if someone eats a piece of candy and goes "wow this is like heroin" it just means they think it tastes really good, not that they literally enjoy heroin or have ever tried it. It's the same idea here.

I thought about that because I have Aspergers, and I can definitely see a lot of symptoms that I personally exhibit in her.
It would be totally cool for people like me if someone with our condition made it as big as she has, especially at a young age. She's also mentioned having a low tolerance for stupidity, which kind of falls into it a lot.
It'd be really inspiring for people like myself to find out she had Aspergers and was still able to be so publicly successful.
