ASMR Intense Light Triggers | Eye Exam For Sleepy Eyes

Hello everyone! It's been a while since I've done a video focused specifically on bright lights, and this is one of my favorite triggers! We're also back with a black background for this one so that hopefully you can just relax and tune everything else out. This is an eye exam roleplay style video, including lots of different eye tests and instructions to follow. I took a more calm approach for this video, talking a little bit less and focusing on the visuals to allow your eyes to feel heavy and sleepy. This video also includes lots of personal eye contact! 👀 I hope this helps to relax your mind, you deserve it! ♡

What is ASMR?
“Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response”
The relaxing static-like ‘brain tingles’ experienced by some people at the back of the head or down the spine in response to specific visual or audio triggers. ASMR content is commonly used to help with stress relief, relaxation, anxiety, and sleep.

This is my favorite ASMR video. I have serious trouble sleeping at night like a normal person and this has become my go to video. I have watched it almost every night for the last few months. I’m a big fan of intense light triggers, I’ve had tingle immunity for light videos for a while because of how intense I like them. The first half was great but the second half really stood out to me. I’ve never experienced the intense lights through a coloured lens, and I found that trigger great. The blue and purple pens at the same time was so tingly as well.
