What will be truly key to bring the 'world' back to "normal" is to have a responsible system of so called containerized certified *Mobile Test Laboratories* at points of entry and departure of countries. The complexity of the mentioned integration (not data alone, data protection, Laboratory, medical & applicable jurisdiction on health data regulation per se plus the issue on testing supplies itself for less commercialized parts of the world) should be tackled with square one: that can only be to start with cost effective & approved *Containerized Mobile Covid 19 Test Laboratories* at point of entry & departure.
