This is lovely! Hope your vacation is nice! The line style shading you used is a technique called cross-hatching (or just hatching if all the lines are going in the same direction) ! ☺☺

Back in the 80's I spent 8 months on Oahu (only one day in Maui). It has probably changed so much that I would have a hard time recognizing it! I really liked that the people were so calm and relaxed. The scent of the flowers - AMAZING! 🌺 Hope you & your husband had a wonderful time in Hawaii.
