Accessible and Inclusive Seated Somatic Yoga that opens your 3rd eye (and releases FULL BODY tension)
👁️ As we move to explore the 3rd eye chakra (also known as the "Ajna" or "Place of wisdom"), we'll use the beautiful fusion of ancient yoga and somatics, combined with modern neuroscience to really understand this chakra and how to tap into the power that is held here. 👁️
