But the fact you would rather put your own company, your own YouTube content, and the people working at LTT first, is the most commendable thing to do. Bloody smart move. Recognising that you are burning out and doing something about it is a skill many need to learn. That's not a step down, that's a step up. To be able to give up the duties of what you don't enjoy and focus on what you love is what we all aspire to. And to do it responsibly while considering your community around you is very admirable and mature.

The business outgrowing the founder was spot on. You started this channel because you loved putting computers together. Unfortunately when a business expands, the founder loses sight of the initial reason why the business was started and they start having to just sit at a computer reading spreadsheets or inputting timesheets all day. Glad to see you have identified this and are transitioning back to a more hands-on, comfort role.
