As your audience gets older, myself included, I’ve found that YouTubers doing insane things like this and being transparent about the logistics and price is extremely helpful for future planning and realism. A price breakdown would be great and appreciated, and these concrete videos and logistics planning videos of the compound are very insightful!

I don’t suggest painting stripes on the corner unless it’s just a slightly darker concrete stain accenting the current color. Keep the aura amigo.

This kinda stuff is right up my alley, I loved this vid! If I could give you a few pointers, i know you’re probably waiting for all the projects to finish before you start growing grass, but my recommendation for that part would to spray some hydro seed down on all of the disturbed land and then use those roll-out biodegradable mats over top of that. And for the massive ponding around the area with the island in it, I would reccomend putting in rectangular steel grates that way you don’t have anything poking out of the ground to be hit by a car, and then use maybe 24 inch HDPE or concrete piping. What I would do is put in the first grate around the island where it ponds, and then make the pipe and following grates actually drain toward the retention pond in front of the shop there by the skid pad. It looks like you have a pretty good amount of fall there but I also can’t see the other pond you were talking about. But I also am not there shooting grade or anything. It really shouldn’t take too much engineering to make that since I’m a stormwater serviceman myself so I’m pretty used to projects like this.

Watching the gradual evolution of the Compound has been really neat. Both in its appearance and function. From a huge space to serve as an HQ and "not drift very often, " to now having dedicated skid pads, a couple of routes for drifting and time attack, and a bunch of rad car storage and workshops. This is awesome.
