Hey,
A patient who requires Zofran, even though he received it at 14:30, claims he is still vomiting. From what I understand, it's permissible to administer Zofran every 6-8 hours. Therefore, is it problematic to give Zofran again after just two hours at a dose of 8 mL (4 mg)?
